Summary
Due to the changes in the CDM Regulations 2015, Companies acting as Principal Designers or Principal Contractors are required to produce a Health & Safety File at the end of the construction period. If the Prinipal Designers appointment ends before the project is completed then the H&S file is to be completed by the Principal Contractor.
Health and Safety File Angels was set up to help reduce the stress and time, which is generated by creating and completing the Health and Safety file or O&M manuels. I will work closely with the Principal Designer & Principal Contractors in order to gether the required information, produce and return to them a completed H&S file or O&M Manuel ready to handover the client.
I also assist with the compiling of Pre Construction Information on behalf of the Principal Designer, i undertake site visits, submit F10's on behalf of Clients and can also check Construction Phase Plans.
