Summary
I am Quantuma's Restructuring Director for the North West of England, delivering lead advisory and business restructuring mandates for SMEs. I have over 20 years experience delivering projects in the Restructuring, Transaction services and Corporate advisory arena. I am a qualified Insolvency Practitioner and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
I have spent the majority of my career supporting corporate boards through business restructurings; accelerated business/trade sale transactions; and managing stakeholder relationships during periods of stress or distress. I also have extensive financial due diligence experience and have led the project management of several large mandates.
