Summary
My name is Ewelina N.Wilson and I have over 10 years of experience within human resources. This has included dealing with TUPE, reorganisation, change management, employment tribunal claims and many more complex scenarios. Having completed my MA at MMU I have also gained a Chartered status of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Over the years I have dealt with the number of different scenarios, but always balanced the needs of organisation with those of the employees. I believe that correctly managed and led teams can bring the best out of any business.
I set up ZoffEd HR when I was due to return to employment after having my second child. It was always my dream to be able to support others in growing their businesses through their people.
ZoffEd HR provides the whole range of people management solutions to your business - anything from looking at implementing a new attendance management policy, dealing with a crisis, thinking of training your team, struggling with recruitment or planning a long term change.
I will assist as much or as little as you require, but you can be always sure of high quality and cost effective service that will guarantee you peace of mind.
Privately I am a wife and a mother of two - Zofia born in 2012 and Edward in 2015 - hence the name of my business ZoffEd HR. We love spending time outdoors - both mountains and the seaside.
