Emma Jenkings is an accredited mediator who specialises in workplace disputes and facilitating essential conversations. With a background of working at the Employment Tribunal following her law degree, Emma is fully aware of the potential fallout of unresolved conflict.
Alongside mediations, through her company Mosaic Mediation, Emma is also a trained conflict coach, a trained DISC psychometric profile provider and provides live training and e-learning courses on: assertiveness, mediation skills, enhanced people skills training for managers and communication skills for teams.
Emma’s aim is to equip people to be able to have more positive, peaceful and productive relationships.
