Ø  A background in and current knowledge of World Class learning design in face to face and blended learning environments.

Ø  A sound knowledge of management development, leadership development, organisational development, executive education and executive programme development.

Ø  Can demonstrate knowledge of working with, and in, multinational organisations and with cultural groups.
