Business Development

Ø  Meet and establish fully understandable requirements of clients, where required, for both new and existing client organisations to create win-win solutions.

Ø  Participate in and be a core contributor to bids, proposals and pitches and other activities required to secure win-win deals.

Ø  Lead and/or participate in the initial design of solution architectures for all assigned bids and proposals.

Ø  Have a sharp client and participant focus – having high sensitivity to clients and participant requirements/demands and commitment to design and delivery of the highest quality, clearly focused on profound impact and change.

Ø  Excellent facilitation, presentation and professional communication skills including the science and art of Influence and Persuasion.

Ø  Experienced in project management, prioritising, co-ordinating and planning work for self and others in a constantly changing commercial and political environments.

Ø  Ability to meet tight deadlines and can rapidly assimilate into new teams, collaborating quickly and easily.

Ø  Outstanding influencing, negotiating, relationship building and diplomacy skills.

Ø  Experienced in working internationally and across different business disciplines, cross cultural environments and the ability to engage with organisations and ‘speak their language’.
