For a fixed fee, you will receive unlimited support on all employment and HR issues, including the provision of bespoke contracts of employment and a comprehensive employee handbook. Our service assists you throughout the employment cycle, from hiring people through to termination of employment - and every stage in between. The service is backed by optional leading legal expenses insurance so as to protect and provide peace of mind against the cost of employment tribunal litigation and awards. Health & Safety services
For a fixed fee, you will receive unlimited telephone and email advice on all health and safety issues. We will act as your competent person, undertake an annual audit of your health and safety systems and, where required, draft your bespoke health & safety policy. Our experienced team can advise on all aspects from risk assessments to CHAS accreditation assistance. The service can also be backed by optional legal expenses insurance, providing cover against prosecution defence costs.
