Summary
MLCS3 is a chartered building consultancy, regulated by the RICS that specialises in providing web-based project and asset management software systems for our clients and are experts in undertaking stock condition surveys in the social housing sector. The company was set up in 2012 by David Bracegirdle, a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chris Boyce, a Software Developer.
We aim to provide a service to our clients that we know is the best they can receive, how we do this is by focusing on our strengths; our strengths are simple, that we provide surveys to a high standard and that we develop software that provides every client with exactly what they need.
