Working closely with Managers to resolve all HR issues providing HR advice, support and consultancy services. Skills and Achievements Lead role for the recruitment of Frontline staff; involving Interviewing and Selection as well as liaising with Operational Departments to ensure their timely entry into the business. Planned and deployed Christmas Recruitment Campaigns, attended planning meetings and deployed advertisement campaigns to help achieve the area target of recruiting over 1500 extra staff to support the operations over this crucial period. Established strong partnerships with Employment Agencies and Job Centres to ensure the ongoing annual demand plan was met.

    Analyse training needs and tailor solutions to operational requirements, this included a blend of core training products and specifically designed interventions. Liaised closely with Personnel departments to create training schedule 12 weeks in advance Skills and Achievements Led a team of six trainers who delivered training and development in the Kent area, and liaised with our key business partners to meet the customer targets Managing course fill to reduce unnecessary expense to the business and thus achieving the operational training budgets. The effectiveness of the interventions was consistently reviewed through customer feedback to enable continuous improvement and ensure the actual needs were being met. Constructed and implemented an area training plan to ensure the businesses legal and legislative responsibilities were fully met. As well as the annual training plan, large national initiatives such as Diversity Training for Managers and front line staff were also integrated into the delivery plan as the need arose.
