Summary
I have been employed in the financial services sector since 1977. I worked for two funders and one other finance broker, before setting up HCP Finance. Its purpose is to ensure businesses of all sizes find the appropriate funding, at the lowest possible cost, when they need to grow or change.
I will help with any commercial finance proposition, but I am focused on:
(a) the property sector - commercial mortgages, buy-to-let investor mortgages, property development and refurbishment finance, bridging finance
(b) manufacturing - asset finance and leasing, and invoice finance
(c) professions - especially professional practice funding
(d) business loans - to increase working capital, and make growth happen
