Expertise


I am a qualified learning and development specialist who is currently positioned as a work based learning assessor, specialising in NVQ's and Apprenticeships at Conquer Training. I analyse learning needs as well as design and deliver bespoke training courses dependant on the learner. The environments that I have worked for include contact centers that provide services in motor insurance, claiming back PPI, gas and electric, IVA, debt management and will writing.

I provide support to candidates throughout their learning and I am responsible for assessing the well-being of a candidate within their work placement. I prepare, agree and arrange reviews of action plans and liaise with tutors and clients to enhance and promote their learning experience. I also manage and maintain records in accordance with audit purposes.

Training courses are delivered to learners with groups varying in size. All training incorporates adult learning styles, health and safety, safeguarding, equality and diversity, customer interaction, employment rights and responsibilities and knowledge and understanding.

Other areas of experience include coaching, sales, quality assurance, interviewing, liaising with clients and training solutions to maximise performance whilst achieving organisational goals. I have experience as an Assessor delivering Level 2 and 3 NVQs in customer service and business and administration. I achieve monthly targets and effectively manage my own time, as I have 50+ learners working across Greater Manchester.

    An assessor, experienced in assessing candidates in the workplace. Currently assessing a case load of 50+ apprentices at Conquer Training. As a professional with over 10 years customer service, sales and contact centre experience I have an excellent knowledge and understanding in the workplace and hold a Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment. Due to the variety in this line of work, I am extremely organised and have a flexible approach to my workload. With excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, I am able to communicate effectively at all levels, working with clients, to ensure the best services are being promoted and provided. Responsible for reporting any issues within the workplace being assessed; Provide support to candidates throughout their learning; Work within company policies and objectives; Responsible for assessing the well-being of a candidate within their work placement; Prepare, agree and arrange reviews of action plans; Liaise with tutors and clients to enhance and promote their learning experience; Manage and maintain records in accordance with audit purposes; Complete onsite and offsite training with learners for classroom based experience.
