I am Head of Commercial Dispute Resolution at Ralli. I have a wide range of experience dealing with complex litigation. I regularly deal with property issues, partnership and shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims. I have experience in Alternate Dispute Resolution including mediations and I have litigated in the Court of Appeal on numerous occasions most recently in a dispute over a right of way that was reported in the national press. My speciality is dealing with complex property matters and regularly advising clients in relation to dilapidations, break clauses, easements and a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters. I always try to appreciate a client’s objectives and I have been described as a very good technical lawyer.
