Hello my name is Chris Wood. I’ve been selling properties for over a decade, but over that time the estate agency and housing market industry has changed its landscape and continues to do so.
The current world is much more digital and social media marketing has completely revolutionised the way we make buying decisions and consume video content. So here I am today offering a modern service as a ‘Personal Estate Agent’ offering a service like no other to give the properties that I am lucky enough to market a ‘first class’ one.
Working with a limited quantity of properties I promise to give my clients a service which is transparent and tailored, the great thing is you only deal with me!
So, what’s a personal Estate Agent?
Well, Estate agents don’t have the best reputation, let’s be honest but not all agents are the same. I will be looking after you throughout the whole journey.
Meaning, I am fully contactable with one point of contact. No office expense as I am online so I can put more investment into the client experience. No Tie-in period on the client’s contract, to make things as flexible as possible for you.
I can do appointments whenever is suitable, whether 7am or 8pm at night on a Sunday. I can collect signed paperwork and drop this off to local solicitors if needed to help the process along.
Supporting Charity work has also been close to my heart, a donation to a charity of your choice once a sale has completed is just part of my package.
