  In this role I worked with a number of high profile clients including Fortune 500 companies, advising on how to deliver effective management systems for achieving 18001 compliance. This included:
  - Working with clients to deliver 18001 compliant solutions. This involved working with safety directors and senior management teams of large businesses such as Olympus, Coca Cola, BMI Healthcare and BAE Systems
  - Communicating and providing consultation to clients from board level to workforce
  - Analysis of software solutions for compliance requirements and integration with existing client systems
  - Introducing clients to improved behavioural safety to demonstrate measurable safety performance improvements

  I was responsible for managing the health, safety and environmental compliance for 4 high risk aerospace businesses. I was awarded 3 Chairman Awards for strengthening safety management and reducing risk. This role involved:
  - Developing and managing effective plans, policy and procedures for all Safety, Health and Environmental activities
  - Introduction of behavioural safety inspections for management teams to review safety performance
  - Implementation of new risk assessment, incident management and performance management systems in to businesses and increased involvement from Supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers.
