I help my clients to win business and grow their income, in the Public or Commercial sectors, and I have experience supporting grant and other funding applications in the VCSE sector.
I can help you to find and win International, National or Local contracts and you may be surprised to learn that the UK public sector includes organisations that you wouldn't ordinarily consider, such as Universities and the BBC. The Government spends c£393bn a year and wants to place a third of that business with SME's and that's where I come in, helping my clients to win their share of that business.
Beyond contracting and consulting on specific business winning opportunities I can help you to develop your business winning skills, your capability and your capacity, offering support to develop and deliver strategies in Capture Management, Key Account Management and Sales.
