Summary
My experience covers a variety of subject-matter in the field of mechanical engineering. Practice areas include medical devices, automotive and aerospace technologies, engineering for construction, textiles, packaging and consumer products.
While much of my work is in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, my practice also includes infringement and validity work. As such, I often work closely with IP solicitors, both in litigation and contractual matters, as part of a full-service IP team. I also handle oppositions before the European Patent Office for large corporate clients.
I work with both local and global clients, including universities, SMEs, multinationals and individual inventors.
