Mathys & Squire’s team are experienced in all areas of protecting IP, including patent drafting and prosecution, hearings, freedom to operate, contentious opposition and appeal proceedings, IP strategy including Patent Box advice, IP mining, determining inventorship, due diligence on third party/potential collaborative portfolios, patent standards, and licensing.
