Baljit Singh Bhandal v Kieran Wallace & Eamonn Richardson (Joint Special Liquidators of Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited) [2017] WL 02774035 – An application to set aside a statutory demand based on the mutuality between costs owed to liquidators, upon which the demand was based, and the counterclaim which was a judgment against the company in respect of which the liquidators were appointed. Otuo v Brierley [2014] EWCA Civ 1804 – Successfully opposing the Claimant’s application for permission to appeal.
