Lee Carroll assists.
The Regulatory department has great proficiency in cases of discipline, professional misconduct and Criminal offences. David Hubbard is often called to represent Police officers who come under scrutiny during in the course of their work and has a particular expertise in cases involving the discharge of a weapon by firearms officers, as well as other high profile cases making the headlines.
