Summary

I help employers to manage their staff effectively – sometimes described as an HR Consultant. I do this by helping employers get the right infrastructure in place in terms of contracts and handbooks. During employment I help employers by introducing appraisal systems, advising them on matters such as maternity rights and how to motivate staff.

When it comes to the end of employment I help demystify how to conduct a fair disciplinary hearing and, where appropriate, dismissal. I also handle grievances and disciplinary and grievance investigations.

I help many employers with employment law issues from handling TUPE transfers, redundancies and dealing with claims from the Employment Tribunal.
