Summary

OUR GOAL

A small niche company who aims to provide leading services in property, construction and building. Contract Management and Project Management for our customers in order that they can meet their own ambitions and compliance requirements.

To be involved with projects from the icenption to completion. Preparing the Project Execution Plan and the Employer Requirement documents. Whether that be refurbishment and internal fit out (CAT B) and extensions or new build premises including CAT A. 

Including site acquisition and environmental remediation, design management and gaining the necessary consents for the concepts to proceed to construction phase. Appointment of the design team and development of the brief to tendering and appointment of the Main Contractor, monitoring role throughout the construction process, including certificates where the role of Contract Adminstrator is adopted or Employers Agent.

We also aim to provide Building Consultancy advice including Schedules of Dilapidations and Schedule of Condition for either the Landlord or the Tenant. We also provide pre-aquistion due diligence to the corporate sector, dealing with matters relating to property purchase and liabilites running the Premises. Including appointments of professional teams to undertake intrusive tests where necessary.
