Footlights Multi Award Winning Schools! Footlights that is now twelve years old. We are the North West’s leading Performing Arts School with theatre schools, youth theatre company and adult classes in and around Greater Manchester.
Here not only will you be trained in performing arts, you’ll meet new friends and gain confidence. Our reputation is growing dramatically with fantastic feedback from you, parents & guardians. Our Senior Management Team consists of qualified teachers who can help with progression routes.
We teach children, young people and adults transferable performance skills in acting, singing & dancing. This has been proven also to offer the vital skills in everyday life. The art of performance can be fundamental for a growing child, to assist them with the ability to communicate effectively, be confident in themselves & support them in their personal development. Our professional work linked to the industry includes all aspects of television, radio & theatre.
The credits included are CBeebies, The 4 O’Clock Club, IKEA, Ruins of my Life, Manchester International Festival, BBC , ITV, Tesco, Morrison’s, McDonald’s, Co-op, Iceland, Key 103, two professional productions at The Lowry as well as supplying tutors to local schools & colleges, young offender institutes, housing associations & many charities. We also have a 100% pass rate for the students who choose to sit their LAMDA exams with us (London Academy of Music and Drama Arts).
