DG Safety Consulting, based in Cheadle, Stockport, is owned by Donna Gerrard, an enthusiastic Health & Safety and Food Safety professional. Donna is an ex Senior Environmental Health Officer, who worked in Local Government for a number of years. She has had experience in carrying out health & safety and food safety inspections in a variety of different sectors including restaurants, pubs, warehouses, food manufacturers, leisure facilities , offices and many other service industries.
Following this, Donna moved into aviation, where was the Safety Manager with two of the largest charter airlines in the UK. She has experience in writing and implementing health and safety procedures, carrying out training and ensuring that the Organisation remains compliant with safety legislation.
This experience of working in both enforcement and the private sector gives Donna a unique blend of expertise.
