Kate Bishop's Testimonial
Kate supported The Prince's Trust in designing and developing a personal impact coaching programme for members of our network of women group at The Prince's Trust. The aim of the programme was to provide members a personal development programme that focuses on building confidence, courage and support in creating a clear plan for career development and progression. Members that attended Kate's programme have reported increases in their confidence and courage in the workplace along with several members securing promotions to lead on in-house projects as well as external opportunities. Working with Kate has been a real pleasure. I felt that thoughts, challenges, concerns and ideas were listened to and challenged where needed by Kate and her commitment to our vision, goals and values ensured the programme was successful! Along with this, the feedback we have received from learners on Kate's programme and from coachee's Kate has supported has always been positive and many of our colleagues who have worked with Kate have attributed some of their successful performance outcomes in the workplace to the support and challenge provided by Kate as a coach and facilitator.
