Daryl professional approach and strong accounting knowledge meant he quickly understood how the finances of the Company worked and the approach that was needed for the 'industry and it's accounting requirement.
Working closely with the Company's Auditors to ensure that Audit Deliverables were dealt with, and the Audit was completed.
We also asked him to look at processes and procedures and see where improvements could be made, this required strong partnering with all Heads of Department, to check that accounting entries were correct for the financial year.
