Summary
I am a Partner, and the Head of the Personal Injury Department at RJW's Manchester office. I have many years experience in all types of personal injury work. My key areas of expertise are occupational accident and disease claims, having represented injured Claimant's all of my working life.
I am part of our nationwide Serious Injury Group set up to focus on claims for people who have suffered severe head or spinal injuries. I am also a member of our Occupational Disease Group, which seeks to educate and promote awareness of industrial disease and it's prevention.
I am passionate about the rights of individuals to be safe from harm at work, and to be compensated by employers if they are not. I have a trade union background, and believe that partnership between employers and trade unions is the key to successful health & safety at work.
I have written articles on health & safety, and presented at seminars for local Trade Unions. I believe that education and training for Union Representatives ensures that employees have access to the best advice at the point they need it.
I specialsie in claims for accidents & illness at work, particulary Mesothelioma (Asbestos) cases, Industrial Deafness, RSI, HAVS, Serious Injuries, Fatal Accident Claims, Stress & Harassment cases.
