Summary
I am a solicitor with more than 25 years of experience in many areas of the law, having acted for both claimants (initially) and defendants (latterly). I held the positions of senior partner and chairman of one of the North East's leading firms, working from its North West office. I trained as a mediator with the ADR Group and have been conducting mediations since 1994. I currently chair the ADR committee of the Civil Justice Council. As an ADR Accredited Mediator, and a member of North West Mediation Solutions, I regularly facilitate the resolution of disputes between parties.
