Build out and articulate organisational strategy, conducting focus groups and workshops to cascade involvement and understanding through the organisation, establishing enterprise-wide program management offices to sequence and pace projects within the transformation programme portfolio, monitoring benefits realisation and risk management and adjusting programme plans and schedules to suit.
Lean Enterprise Implementation – aiding businesses in developing leaner value streams utilising appropriate lean techniques and methodologies to reduce Muda in the workplace.
Organisational Change Management – articulating business cases for change, building a shared vision of change/future state, change readiness / capacity assessment, designing change strategy, process and approach, building and deploying communication strategy and plans, building leadership capacity and stakeholder commitment, aligning organsational design and performance management systems, building individual and team capabilities, and culture through the change process. Change Management framework developed and honed over many years using the work of Kotter and Ackerman as its base.
