I have a proven track record of leading teams across multiple locations and delivering transformational change projects, centred on addressing the needs of the customer.
Most recently I have led Professional Services for a multi-national corporation, Genesys, where I fulfilled a ‘player-manager’ role, managing complex stakeholder relationships for customers such as HSBC, E.ON, BT and DWP amongst others.
As Senior Manager for Professional Services, I was responsible for both the active project delivery of revenue, as well as new business bookings. During my time in the business, my team delivered consecutive triple and double digit growth respectively in these areas.
Prior to Genesys, I spent 11 years working in a variety of management roles with one of the world’s leading Telecommunications vendors, Avaya. Working globally throughout the EMEA and APAC regions, I had a strong focus and reputation for service delivery and performance.
Having been a trusted advisor to a variety of leadership teams, I am adept at quickly building productive business relationships, inspiring trust and confidence amongst internal and external stakeholders. I find the pace of change and transformation fulfilling and have led a number of projects over the past decade which have developed my skills in this area.
I work collaboratively across an organisation, investing time in developing my network at all levels and understanding the operational and strategic issues which my experience can assist in solving. I have a mentoring leadership style and like to find different ways to motivate individuals within the team to achieve their personal aspirations, team goals and organisational objectives.
