Summary
I joined Map Your Process as there is a huge opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to grow, reduce costs, and identify efficiencies (to name just a few benefits) by taking control of their ways of working.
Process documentation and management have often been seen as a solution that is only for 'big business'. We are demonstrating to our clients that not only is this not the case, but that smaller businesses are capable of reaping the benefits much quicker than larger organisations.
My background is mainly Operational based, working for large organisations such as Ernst & Young, Siemens, Logica and Capita.
