Well hello there.
I'm Sarah Lynn and I've been crafting content and brand tone for businesses and inviduals over the last decade. I've also been a blogger for over 10 years, writing about lifestyle, travel and wellbeing.
My professional experience lends me to offering strategic content and communications for corporate clients while my personal passion is helping others thrive through wellness, authenticity and sustainable living.
I'm currently studying Positive Psychology and I'm a firm believer that our thoughts shape our reality. My values surround authenticity, communication, connection and responsibility.
I've lived in 5 cities across 3 coutries in and now reside in central London with my husband and our little dog-cat, Cologne, rescued from the island of Borneo.
