Summary

Matthew and I started Cooperfields after working together for over 5 years in a top 10 Accountancy firm. I led a national team of 26 people delivering the strategic marketing plan and working closely with the board of directors to drive their ambitions. Matthew led the national central team that supported the whole of the national marketing function through digital and creative channels ensuring brand consistency throughout.

Over our time within the business, we supported the firm in their growth from 16 Offices, 200 members of staff, and £19m turnover to 95 Offices, 3500 members of staff, and £250M turnover.

In addition to this, we were fortunate enough to have worked with a number of their clients in advising on strategy, reviewing suppliers, supporting brand and web development.

Upon leaving, we realised that many businesses are unable to employ a full servicing marketing team, this ultimately leads to having multiple agencies who charge by the hour or by project. These business need more than this they need the help to understand what they need to create the necessary integrated strategy with advice, and knowledge to accompany this to fully achieve the desired outcome of an marketing.

In light of this, Cooperfields was created, to be more than just an agency, but to be a firm of dedicated Marketing professionals providing expert advice and solutions to assist our customers in achieving their ambitions.
