With 25 years of business consulting, digital agency and contracting freelance experience behind me, working cross industry sectors, cross localisation and with all sizes of businesses; individuals rIght up to 40000+ colleagues, corporates (and everything in between) I can scale and connect with all the challenges that are faced in today's business world. Ive been there. and Ive done it!
Who am I?
My father taught me to try everything to become abundant and accomplished - not just to know and understand more, but also to be able to build immediate connections with people wherever I am and whatever I'm doing. And, I'm one of life's maximalists! I have over come adversity with a serious illness set back 13years ago which helped me understand how to navigate the peaks and troughs and build resiliance. I draw on that regularly. It also informs the way I do business. Empathy is critical in the business world. It doesnt all need to be cut throat and hard ecconomics. When I see flourishing businesses they all have one thing in common - they look after their people, they nurture them, listen to them and empower them, and they trust them to do their work and show up! My other passions are art and design and literature so all feature heavily in my environment. They bring me calm, inspiration, creativity, and a sense of my place.
