2011 - 2015Best Companies are the name behind the prestigous 'Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For' lists. My original role in Best Companies was focusing on how to help organisations improve Employee Engagement.
Developing and deepening new and existing relationships with private and public sector organisations to assist in their own ambitions of becoming a ‘Best Company’. Speaking to clients post survey regarding their results and discussing areas for improvement across the 8 key factors of engagement we measure.
Overseeing the participation of 4 Sunday Times Best Companies lists and Best Companies Accreditation standard.
Majority of my time at Best Companies was spent managing the running of the multimillion pound interactive engagement learning facility The Art of Engagement in Milton Keynes. It delivers a series of interactive and thought provoking experiences allowing organisations to access over 14 years of best practice in how to engage their employees, bringing engagement to life in a way that visitors can feel, think and do something different as a result.
