Summary
I run QX Brand as a marketing consultancy with a very hands on attitude. The diverse range of clients have a diverse range of requirements which keeps life interesting. In addition to working with clients on marketing plans, social media plans, developing creative work and helping create internal marketing processes I also lecture and run seminars for Leeds University Business School (LUBS) for advertising & marketing students from all around the world.

Guest Lecturer
2006 - CurrentI have contributed as a guest lecturer to LUBS post graduate (MA) advertising & marketing students for about six years. The lectures focus on advertising creativity and creative planning. They culminate in the setting of a brief which the students pitch to me and two of the LUBS team in seminars a few weeks later. The 2014 pitches will be marked and assessed as part of the students final grade, no pressure then!
Interests and Hobbies
I love to cook. I adore music. Dancing is great; to combine these is the best - my home should have a dancing kitchen. My big interest outside of work is Tae Kwon Do. I try to train twice weekly in classes and a bit more at home - it's great to run to Formby beach in the morning and train outdoors (not from Manchester though!). Currently I am a black belt first degree - 9th degree will take a while longer. Lecturing & running seminars in universities keeps me on my toes too.
