Summary
I am relentless, determined and ambitious. My mission is to share my invaluable years of experience as a performance coach, a leader, a business man and a motivator within the very fast paced and competitive world of professional sport.
My almost 20 years experience within this field has guided me towards an incredibly successful career amongst the best performance coaches on the planet.
I am a self-confessed martial arts and boxing geek. My obsessive passion within these disciplines has enabled me to gain expert knowledge and experience to teach my unique methods to world class athletes and their up and coming protégés. The same philosophy applies to the CEO's, companies and sales teams I work with each and every day, to improve their mindset, performance and most importantly their results.
I have a straight talking, no nonsense approach to building a healthy, high performing body and mind. My philosophy has been strongly forged by the thousands of lives i have improved and the many titles and championships i have helped guide my fine stable of athletes towards.
Lastly I am the proud founder of Charity Boxing Nights, raising money for and supporting the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU), at St Mary's Hospital, Manchester.
