Poor mental health costs businesses and the UK economy £102 billion last year and globally £2.1 trillion. Data from AXA’s Mind Health Study shows that 53% of people in the UK are experiencing an absence of positive wellbeing or signs of emotional stress/distress. The cost of living crisis has exacerbated the stresses on individuals and businesses alike.

The workplace environment is a significant contributory factor to mental health which can include problems sleeping, lack of confidence, feelings of stress and burnout.

Individuals with certain protected characteristics are more likely to experience poor mental health or challenges.

ABOUT ME
Meet Reshma, an experienced executive coach with a unique perspective , shaped by a background working in front line mental health services, supporting clients and organisations in creating psychological safety at work and creating an environment where people can be at their unique best.

She brings a psychological perspective and techniques to support organisations and individuals to manage periods of change, stress, burnout, managing complex and challenging situations.

Through1-1 coaching, Reshma provides a safe space and nonjudgmental approach where things are able to emerge and be explored. You will leave feeling more empowered, resilient and with valuable insight. You will feel more confident in leading your team, having difficult conversations or aligning with your purpose and values.

Reshma comes from a multicultural background and has worked with people from diverse backgrounds and with various protected characteristics (including physical and mental health , race and neurodiversity)  bringing a high level of sensitivity and awareness.

Reshma is accredited with the EMCC and abide by the ethics and code of conduct.

Reshma is committed to her personal and professional development, having undertaken extensive personal psychotherapy and coaching, supervision and professional development including: Practitioner Diploma In Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy in the Workplace, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) in the Workplace, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Conflict Resolution/ Management, Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, Mindful Self Compassion.

12 session coaching programme 12 – 1.5 hour sessions online throughout a year. Typically this could be monthly sessions, however, depending on your specific objectives, this might be more frequently and over a shorter period.
