Tier 1 brings together foreign investors and UK investment opportunities as an alternative to mainstream lenders, known as Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)
Tier 1 funding comes in the form of five-year, low interest fully unsecured loan and is overseen by the UK Government Home Office for Visa applications.
Each FDI is a minimum of £200,000 and companies can engage with more than one investor. Businesses who wish to apply have to have a minimum turnover of £1m, and been trading a minimum of three years.
