Phil has over 25 years experince at a senior level across a varierty of industries including, commercial and public services. Having retiired in 2005 after several years as an Executive in on of the UK's largest private healthcare companies he has worked with several smaller organisations in a consultancy role providing advice as well as 'hands on' input. He has also undertaken large scale projects in the public sector. He is particularly intersted in helping organisations get the best from their employees and helping people to work more effectively without draining resources.
