Hello,
I'm Phil Bonas, Business Development Manager at Mercuri International (UK). Responsible for growing relationships with businesses of any size and sector who would like to explore the use of apprenticeship funding to source new talent into their team. Or, those who wish to utilise apprenticeship funding to help upskill those already employed in the business. Mercuri International have delivered commercial Sales and Leadership training to some of the worlds largest brands and have trained in over 80 countries globally. Since branching off into the Apprenticeship world back in 2016, we utilise this historic specialism and have embedded this into our Apprenticeship delivery.
We have a pass rate of 98.5% across the following standards;
Business Administration, Customer Service, Improvement Technician, Team Leader, Management, Content Creator, Multi Channel Marketer, Sales Executive & IT Technical Salesperson.

Whilst many senior leaders of businesses who employ 1 person or 10,000 are using apprenticeship funding to train their staff but there are many who are still unaware of the impact this training can have on a business and how it is quite often fully funded by the ESFA.
