39 years in the Insurance Profession from Underwriting, Business development, setting up a broking network, Commercial broking, owning my own Insurance firm and back to giving clients, quality face to face advice. I believe it's all about keeping insurance simple, providing solutions and being available. One size does not fit all.
It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money – that's all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do.
Don't buy cheap insurance! It's just not worth the hassle and I've seen far too many claims in my time due to not paying for quality.
