Summary
After years of developing my own Companies and helping clients to develop their Companies, I am often asked to help people who know they can achieve far more than they currently are, but need help in a variety of areas. I don’t accept every offer (due to various reasons) but I now have a few excellent contracts in which I’m using my experience, knowledge and resources to develop and then prepare for sale (this used to be called ‘grooming’ but that terminology isn't used anymore for obvious reasons…)
Expertise
I've been involved in Business development and Strategic planning for over 20 years and I've since added several years experience of Company sales which has resulted in a vast amount of relevant experience for any Company Director that wants to grow and then sell their business.
I have also spent many years as a Finance Director, which enables me to fulfill this role at the same time, creating a dual function for growing Companies.
