Summary
At ANTZ UK we help businesses grow by aligning their social and commercial strategies. What this means is we work with them to embed social value into their business in such a way which will benefit them and increase profits. In order to do this we have to run a Social Value Review with businesses to understand what their commercial aims are so we can align them sustainably with their social strategy.
For Businesses involved in bids and tenders this means you are more likley to gain more business and grow if you're working on government contracts or under bigger contracters who are. The government introduced a new policy in January 2021 stating that any businesses going for a government contract must address 10% minumum of the bid to Social Value.
For other businesses it means you will save money on recruitment if you show your employees that your business is doing more to give back. Employees want to work for a business that does more than just its daily job, and impacting lives is what they want to see. Also Customer satisfaction - customers want to see the businesses they are buying from doing more to give back locally.
This can be tricky for a lot of business because they don't know where to start, how to reach community, what the problems are, how to measure the impact they may already be having. Thats where ANTZ UK comes in.
