Morag has over 20 years’ experience in financial services in audit, finance, project and banking roles. She has worked with a wide range of companies through the full economic cycle and built strong relationships with internal stakeholders and network of external advisors.
She set up M&P to use her large company expertise to support SMEs. She also works in voluntary roles including as a business mentor and trustee for a multi academy trust to assist with finance and strategy.
Morag's core skills are being able to review and understand businesses quickly to identify key drivers and risks. Her structured approach uses her strategic and analytical skills to develop a detailed plan, measurement system, controls and procedures and help SMEs achieve their goals.
