Summary
I am the founder of Castra Solutions and we provide a vendor agnostic, requirements led approach to help businesses of all sizes to find the right solution for their needs.
I also act as a consultant and provide fractional CIO, IT Director type services as well as adhoc or on going consultancy. I have worked in a fractional capacity for brands such as Dr Martens, Rock Insurance, Helios investment partners etc as well as a few small independant businesses.
My aim as a consultant is to add value to your business and help with things like security compliance, best practice architecutre, technical challenges, roadmaps, strategy, terget operating models, transformation projects, technical aspects of mergers and aquisitions etc
i'm open to working on a part time basis on either an hourly, daily or weekly rate.
My experience spans several industries including finance, manufacturing, retail, insurance, UK critical infrastructure services, managed service providers, pharmaceuticals, education etc
