I am a qualified and registered Person Centred Counsellor and experienced integrative counsellor. I also offer Solution Focused Therapy which is a time limited brief therapy. My training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and NLP allow me to integrate different types of therapy, tailored to the needs of the individual.

As a qualified practitioner and counsellor I have worked extensively in the caring profession for over 16 years; as a nurse within the NHS Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Services and in the Private and Charitable sectors. I am able to draw upon the wealth of experience I have gained working with persons in a variety of settings, including Substance Misuse Treatment Centre, Debt advice, Tenancy related support, Woman's Centre, Prison and Family Centre. I also take referrals from the Corporate Sectors and have experience of time limited work with employees attending with work related stress and critical incident debriefing. Appointments can be made at the clients workplace if required.
