I run my own business development Company and have a strong belief that if a company can communicate effectively internally then the benefits will be realised externally. After a career spanning 22 years in the Royal Marines followed by 7 years with Motorola/HMRC I decided to take the plunge and formed my own company Red Yeoman Communications with the main aim of helping businesses evolve their company through the involvement of their employees and the provision of a safe working environment.

2010 - CurrentIn 2010/2011 I worked alongside a company (Custom Communication Systems Ltd) and implemented a full CPD programme (including an appraisal system), apprenticeship scheme and associated mentorship programme that, as part of their overall business initiative, saw the company increase its turnover from £300K to £3M. -
Motorola/HMRC
Communications Systems Manager
2004 - 2011Engineered and managed all elements of the Motorola ASTRO communications network and associated resources for HMRC. Identified work hazards for Motorola Field Engineers and wrote risk assessments and control measures. Also responsible for training design and delivery.
