I work for ICAEW - the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales. Myself and my team provide support throughout the UK to employers in business and practice to help recruit, train and develop their finance professionals. Thousands of UK businesses train their finance teams via our qualification, the ACA. Now with the apprenticeship levy available to all businesses in England, the funding covers up to 95% of all training provision. Right now recruitment and retention is a major headache for a vast number of businesses in the UK. We have jobs boards which you can use for free if you choose to become one of our Authorised Training Employers (ATEs), and offer the ACA qualification.
