Summary
Whilst attending university I developed a keen interest in the field of HR, I decided to further explore this by taking up a month placement at Noble HR Solutions Ltd. Whilst on placement my interest in this area developed and I decided that I would like to develop a career in HR with Noble.
I have now been working at Noble HR for coming up to two years and am currently in the position of HR advisor. I am undertaking the CIPD Level 5 intermediate diploma in Human Resource Mangement and am enjoying expanding my knowledge as a HR generalist.
