I'm Kate, founder of House by Kate, an interior design studio specialising in the renovation of period homes across the South East of England.
I'm passionate about transforming heritage homes into beautiful, timeless and functional spaces for my clients. I know that every client and every period home is unique, and I take the time to really understand my clients and their lifestyle in order to provide a bespoke design tailored to them.
My signature style reflects a mixture of contemporary and traditional, and I'll always strive to design sustainably. The layering of colour, texture and pattern is fundamental to my designs, and I encourage my clients to be brave in introducing them to their homes.
Above all, I design homes that are beautiful, functional, and right for my clients.
