Summary
I work with a range of people in many different sorts of business situations and settings. My current portfolio includes students, new Directors and private individuals working through personal issues. I always customise my approach to meet each person's needs - in my opinion, there is no 'one size fits all' where coaching and mentoring are concerned! I already hold a Masters degree (Distinction) in Coaching and Mentoring and I'm currently studying for a PhD in Coaching. I have developed and teach on a Masters degree module in Coaching and Leadership at University and will shortly be working on the validation work for a new MA in Coaching and Mentoring. I have a professional post-graduate qualification in Art Psychotherapy and feel that this has provided me with a solid grounding in and understanding of psychological issues within a creative framework.
As well as having been trained to use a whole raft of different coaching and mentoring models, approaches and techniques, I am a skilled teacher and lecturer at a University, where I lead a module on Coaching and Leadership at Masters level. This has been a challenging experience as I have a majority of international students in the group. This has provoked me to consider leadership, coaching and mentoring in a cultural context and I have developed new resources in accordance with my own learning.
